Harvest fest vendor application (CLOSED)
Our regular food vendors are always a hit with attendees at the four-day Harvest Festival outside Burk’s Falls, Ontario. If you’re interested in joining us next year, complete the application form below with your menu, power setup, and permits.

There are fraudulent applications in Facebook groups from vendorapplicationdesk@gmail.com. Do NOT communicate with anyone except info@alieninflux.ca or alieninflux@yahoo.ca. Applications for 2026 are CLOSED. Emails will not be replied to.
Non-Food Vendors
With your Harvest ticket, you may sell self-made or unique crafts from a blanket or chair along the path or in the pines on Sunday afternoon. Do not bring a market tent, table, generator, sound system, or personal food sales.
Festival Basics
- 📍 Location: 981 Midlothian Rd, Burk’s Falls, ON (3–4 hrs north of Toronto; 2–3 hrs from Sudbury)
- 📅 Dates: September 11–14, 2026 (Attendees Fri 2 PM – Mon 4 PM)
- 💧 Critical: No water or power provided. Bring your own.
What to Expect
- 1,800 campers + performers + staff
- Vendor spaces near parking lot and main road
- Preference for compostable/recyclable materials
- Limited vendor spots available
Requirements
- Most recent Public Health inspection report.
- Food Handler Certificate.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI).
- Business licence/permits, if required.
- Booth/site plan showing food prep, handwashing, water/wastewater, refrigeration and cooking equipment.
- Menu and brief food preparation description.
- Operate off-grid (no on-site utilities).
- Generator ≤60 decibels at 50 feet (Honda EU2200i recommended).
- Waste reduction and proper disposal commitment.
