alienInFlux is an event promoter and soundsystem rental service. Our websites are at alieninflux.ca and harvestfestival.org.

What personal data do we collect?

Email/SMS marketing subscriptions

When you buy tickets from us, we collect your email (and sometimes phone) to send important event info.

Under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), your purchase creates an existing business relationship. This gives us implied consent to email/SMS you:

  • Essential event updates (lineup, schedule, venue, entry, reminders)
  • Occasional messages about similar events we host and think you’ll like

Consent remains in effect for up to 2 years from the date of purchase (or longer with subsequent transactions), unless you opt out sooner.

We use MailerLite to send messages securely. Your info is never sold.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the links provided in our messages. Reply STOP to SMS (if applicable). Essential transaction messages may continue if needed for your event. Contact us if you have a request, suggestion, or question.
