Tickets are transferable but non-refundable. If you can’t attend or feel unwell, please consider reselling your ticket to friends or through the Safe Ticket Exchange, which opens before the event. In the case of an event cancellation, only the portion of the ticket price not yet spent on event production will be refunded. By purchasing, you invest in the community and share the risk.

Please be considerate of your RV neighbours’ health and safety in the parking lot. Your RV must be equipped with:
A reliable 12-volt battery system
A propane refrigerator
A propane stove
Generators must not produce noise levels exceeding 60 decibels when measured from 50 feet.
Volunteering is not permitted in exchange for a ticket. We encourage participants to lead art projects, workshops, and build activities to connect with others.
