Harvest fest vendor application
Our regular food vendors are always a hit with attendees at the four-day Harvest Festival outside Burk’s Falls, Ontario. If you’re interested in joining us this year, complete the application form below with your menu, power setup, and permits. See the points that follow for full details.
- 📍 Location: 981 Midlothian Rd, Burk’s Falls, ON
(3–4 hrs north of Toronto, Hamilton, Guelph; 4–5 hrs from Ottawa; 6–7 hrs from Montreal; 2–3 hrs from Sudbury) - 📅 Dates: September 11–14, 2026 (Attendees Friday 2 PM – Monday 4 PM)
- 💧 Important: No water or power is provided. Vendors must bring their own supplies.
What to Expect:
- An electronic music festival with 1,800 campers in tents and RVs
- Designated vendor spaces near the parking lot and main gravel road
- Preference for compostable or recyclable materials
- Limited vendor spots available
Requirements:
- Valid food vendor permits and insurance
- Ability to operate off-grid (no on-site water or power)
- A generator that does not exceed 60 decibels at 50 feet. We recommend the Honda EU2200i.
- Commitment to waste reduction and proper disposal
